*Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and promote NWG’s full range of services
*Provide advice on service capabilities and prepare competitive quotations and proposals
*Negotiate terms, including pricing, payment arrangements, and service timelines
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
*Conduct follow-ups to maintain relationships and secure repeat business
*Maintain detailed sales records and manage customer feedback

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in facilities management or a related sector
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build lasting client relationships and close deals effectively
* Organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of FM services is an advantage
